We work best with established Shopify stores doing €20k-€200k/month in revenue. These are typically stores that have product-market fit and are ready to scale, but need help with paid advertising, store optimization, or analytics. Our pricing depends on the scope of work. For ongoing advertising management, we typically charge a flat monthly fee plus a percentage of ad spend. For development projects, we quote based on the specific requirements. We'll give you clear pricing during our initial consultation—no surprises.
Most clients start with a focused project (store audit, campaign launch, tracking setup) and then move to ongoing retainer work. We believe in proving value before asking for long-term commitments. Our minimum engagement is typically 3 months, which gives enough time to see meaningful results.
For paid advertising, you'll typically see initial data within the first few weeks, but meaningful optimization takes 6-8 weeks. For store optimization projects, improvements in conversion rate can be seen within days of implementation. We set realistic expectations upfront based on your specific situation.
Yes, we work with clients in the USA as well. Our team is comfortable working across time zones and we schedule calls at times that work for everyone. We're particularly strong with stores that operate in multiple European markets or are expanding from the US into Europe.
